My parcel has been returned to sender, what happens now?

The reference policy refunds items once an undeliverable parcel reaches the warehouse. A failed delivery cannot be reshipped; place a new order if you still want the items. Contact service@usmotelrocks.com if tracking shows the parcel returning.
